Dear Mr. Cox, On a recent trip from Birmingham to Destin, my car overheated near Luverne and was taken by a tow truck to your dealership in Troy. It arrived at the dealership a little before 4:30. Even with such a short time frame, your service department, led by advisor Mr. Mike Brooks, checked the car, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part to be shipped overnight from Montgomery, allowed my Explorer to be locked in the garage overnight with all of our beach stuff, fixed me up with a low-cost overnight rental vehicle, and had me on my way to Florida by 9:00 the next morning. I just want to express to you how very professional, kind, competent and understanding the staff was in this situation. I had no further troubles with my car for the remainder of my trip. Again, allow me to say thanks to the staff I came in contact with, especially Mr. Brooks, and thank you for having such outstanding repair and customer service at your dealership. Yours, Pat G.
